Department Specifics:Gather medical history, medications, perform preop labs and testing, prepare consents, gather medical clearances, in order to prepare patients for their procedure.

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

• License/Certification

• RN - Registered Nurse

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF IN-PATIENT EXPERIENCE

• 1 YEAR OF DAY SURGERY, PRE-ADMISSIONS TESTING OR PERIOPERATIVE EXPERIENCE - PREFERRED

• BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
