




Social Media Account Coordinator
Position Overview
The Social Media Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence, specifically on the Twitch platform. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships with creators and developers to foster community engagement and drive brand awareness. This is a 12-month, 40 hour per week role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with our programs focused on Spanish Speaking communities including but not limited to: Ambassador Program, Meetups, Guilds and Creator Camp.
- Construct marketing campaigns for Holidays, events and specialized programming alongside the greater Marketing organization.
- Full understanding of Community Marketing's primary objectives alongside Marketing's broader objectives, and formulate strategies to help maximize goals and KPIs for both parties
- Build regular reporting cadence and track projects against established goals and KPIs
- Management of workflow between Community Marketing team members during project
lifecycles - Establish communication and expectation setting between multiple business units
- Hold teams accountable for participating in the process, giving feedback on their experience, and meeting the defined standards to ensure we deploy
- Community Marketing programs that meet the goals of all business units and the broader community
- Assist in the development of new Community Marketing programs that engage, excite, or educate a specific subset of users
Qualifications
- Expert-level fluency in the Spanish language (both written and verbal) and ability to translate both tactical and nuanced conversations
- 2+ years of account management, program management, operations, business development, developer relations and/or other relevant client management experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience tracking project deliverables
- Experience obtaining and analyzing established goals and KPIs
- Deep knowledge of game developers and the games industry
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheet, Google Doc, PowerPoint, Google Slide or similar programs
