





About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Equipment Finance Account Coordinator as part of the Client Management Enablement (Business Support) team within Commercial Bank. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Support in responding to inquiries from established sources and premier customers regarding complex situations on equipment finance accounts and loan transactions
- Act as an Equipment Finance Account Management team lead and assist with escalated customer situation
- Perform complex transactional, operational and customer support tasks related to Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
- Interact with immediate team and Equipment Finance Account Management functional area on information related to client inquiries
- Handle customer inquiries from inception to resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Equipment Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of collateral documentation, collateral perfection process and structure of business entities
- Experience in equipment leasing
- Experience in document preparation and document review of Construction equipment finance transactions
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial lease, loan documentation, structures, and legal issues relative to secured financing
- Leadership skills- Experience in providing training and guidance to team members
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, InfoLease, LeaseForce and Siebel ROW
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
