About the Role

The Global Partners Organization (GPO) is looking for a Partner Advisor to join our diverse team, focusing on the oCFO (Office of the Chief Financial Officer) or oCHRO (Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer) practices. In this role, you will be essential to the success of Workday's services, specializing in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for the oCHRO or Workday Adaptive Planning, VNDLY, and Strategic Sourcing for the oCFO.

Your main goal will be to build strong, collaborative relationships with our service partners, helping them develop the expertise needed to ensure excellent outcomes for our customers. You will guide our partners in using and improving best practices by mentoring their partner managers and helping them grow their partner's teams. For more complex partner projects, you'll be a key resource for resolving issues, using your product knowledge to help find solutions and ensure success.

What you'll do:

  • Guide and support our partners and their managers, helping them grow their skills with a focus on key oCFO or oCHRO solutions.

  • Collaborate with partners on important and complex projects in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking or Planning, Sourcing, Contingent Workforce and Contract Life cycle management.

  • Help improve the efficiency and quality of our services.

  • Develop and share best practices, documentation, and presentations for our oCFO or oCHRO solutions.

  • Become a go-to expert in your product area and how to best implement it.

  • Act as a point of contact for our partners when they need help with challenging customer situations.

  • Share your insights to help shape the future of our products and solutions.

  • Review and understand customer feedback on partner-led projects to provide effective support.

  • Advise partners on learning opportunities, certifications, and strategies for new Workday features.

  • This role involves travel up to 25% to connect with partners and customers.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and helping others succeed. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to finding innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for the oCHRO Path, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.

  • 3+ years of experience working with services partners.

OR

To be considered for the oCFO / Planning Path, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant implementing Financial Management or HCM systems.

  • 4+ years of experience with Workday, ideally with Workday Planning products or solutions like VNDLY or Workday Strategic Sourcing.

  • 3+ years of experience working with services partners.

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with a systems integrator, consulting firm, or enterprise software company is helpful but not required.

  • A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.

  • Experience mentoring, training, or supporting others.

  • The ability to tackle business challenges using planning and reporting tools.

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a team-oriented environment.

  • Clear and effective communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing).

  • A professional and consultative approach to your work; you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • The ability to build trust and credibility to achieve shared goals.

  • An organized approach to managing competing priorities.

  • You can articulate ideas clearly to different audiences.

  • You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations, and you enjoy thinking/planning ahead to find holistic solutions.

  • Knowledge in one of the following areas: Human Capital Systems, Payroll Operations, Financial Planning, or Financial Operations.

  • A genuine passion for customer service and successful outcomes.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $124,500 USD - $186,700 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $118,300 USD - $210,000 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $124,500 - $186,700 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
