Duties: Provides technical expertise to implement and execute asset reliability strategies across a phosphate or mining operating site. Collaborate with Reliability Superintendents and other peers to develop reliability improvement asset strategies, pursue consistency between sites, share best practices and experiences. Deploy and execute asset strategies. Monitor results to continually refine and improve asset strategies. Mine data from all available sources to identify reliability improvement opportunities and develop corrective actions focused on delivering overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement and cost reduction. Utilize Root Cause Analysis processes to review significant failures, identify corrective action to prevent re-occurrence and refine asset strategy to sustain improvement. Develop project plans for reliability initiatives based on Identify Define Measure Analyses Improve Control (IDMAIC) process. Develop and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytic principles through the enterprise asset management (EAM) System (SAP S/4HANA), OIS Pi Vision data historian and other datasets/tools (using Power BI and other software) finding actionable equipment performance patterns/trends in order to prioritize improvement opportunities. Report reliability performance (measured by mean time between failures, availability, and overall equipment effectiveness) and verify continuous improvement is occurring.
