Job Summary –
Job Title : Performance Engineering Architect Lead(LoadRunner & JMeter)
Job Description/Role :
As a Performance Engineering Architect, Resource should be able to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of performance testing strategies to ensure software applications meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness standards.
Expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter required and should be able to simulate real-world scenarios, Identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter to simulate various load conditions and assess system behavior.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk for in-depth analysis.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle and to address performance issues promptly.
Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
Provide detailed reports on performance testing outcomes, including recommendations for system enhancements.
Required Classification:
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in performance engineering, with at least 7 years specializing in LoadRunner and JMeter.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
Strong understanding of system architectures, operating systems, databases, and middleware components.
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
Programming : Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
