




Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17.
The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $34.06.

Join the Beyond the Bell team this summer as a Summer Beyond Lead Group Instructor at one of our Summer Beyond the Classroom (BTC) sites! In this role, you’ll support Tacoma Public Schools students as they engage in hands-on STEAM learning. You’ll supervise a group of students throughout their day, including during four daily curriculum-based lab sessions, helping create a positive and inclusive environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Group Lead, you’ll lead positive behavior management, build strong relationships, and foster a sense of community. Your energy, creativity, and consistency will ensure that every day is meaningful and fun.
