About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant for Specialty Leasing is responsible for providing support to the Specialty Leasing Managers at Los Cerritos Center and Stonewood Center. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will also support the regional VP, as needed.

What You Will Do:
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries related to Specialty Leasing; qualify prospects and maintain tenant relationships.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for tenant contacts, sales, rents, violations, and space inventory.
- Support the Specialty Leasing Manager with reports, forecasts, and data tracking for leasing activities.
- Organize and document all program correspondence, lease execution materials, and compliance records.
- Collect and track monthly sales reports, lease violations, and rent delinquencies for Temporary Tenants.
- Manage inventory of carts/RMUs, order supplies, and input work orders for space turnover.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and general administrative support for managers and regional VP.
- Process mail, scan documents, and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced computer skills to include Excel & Word. PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat or Nuance desired

The compensation for this position is determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role. Final salary offers will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the candidate's skills and the company's compensation structure.
This is an hourly non-exempt position and the range is $25-$30 an hour.
