Position Type: full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Tampa, FL - 100% onsite.
Technical skills required: Windows 10/11, MS Office, Active Directory, Symitar is a plus.
JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibilities are to provide technical support to Company employees in the areas of desktop operating systems including Windows 10 and 11 as well as various Microsoft Office applications. Mac OSX experience plus. Supporting access to the core Symitar system. Performs hardware troubleshooting on end user equipment either in person or via remote connection. This position requires rotating on call duties. Answer phone lines for IT support as needed. Creates and works user issue tickets. Operates various computer equipment, including PC workstations, servers, and various printers.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manages all aspects of AD user accounts from configuration to termination.
2. Build and maintains desktop and laptop fleet utilization modern imaging processes.
3. Reset various application account passwords and Active Directory user accounts.
4. Set up remote workforce users and trouble shoot system and VPN issues.
5. Learn and provides technical support in the following (but not limited to) areas: Symitar, Imaging, Printers, Computers, iPhones, iPads, IP Capture, Receipt Manager, Microsoft Office, Home Banking, Card Wizard, and other internal and external applications.
6. Answers support phone line when needed and creates an IT request ticket for each problem and either resolves the issue or forwards problems to appropriate personnel to resolve. Follows up on outstanding IT request tickets when needed.
7. Resolve problems with Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory and MS Office applications.
8. Learn and become familiar with the Symitar home banking package.
9. Travels to store locations to perform necessary repair work or to replace equipment as needed.
10. Maintains logs of deployment of PCs, software license logs, IP address log, incoming transmissions, and outgoing transmissions.
11. Participates in continuing education as approved by supervisor.
12. Assists in training other personnel on IP Capture, Receipt Manager, Outlook, and other miscellaneous job functions.
13. Maintains ongoing communication with supervisor and team to inform them of all problems and new developments various applications.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Demonstrate Company's Guiding Principles through individual performance, including the accomplishments of other stated objectives in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Ensures that the confidentiality of all information and transactions regarding the credit union, its members and employees are held to the highest level of business ethics.
3. Team member will be responsible for complying with all BSA/AML/OFAC regulation as required by their position.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* Two years' experience with PC operations with at least one year in a Help Desk environment required.
* A+ certification or equivalent required.
* Extensive working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
* Experience in hardware troubleshooting techniques required.
* Experience with Outlook, Windows Active Directory, and TCP/IP networks necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Traditional office setting.
* Hours include rotating on-call duties.
* Travel to stores as needed. Must have reliable transportation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $25-30/hr W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
