Position PurposeResponsible for administrative aspects of the Community Investment Department and for completing the analysis required for approval and monitoring of Community Investment products such as the Down Payment Products (DPPs), Affordable Housing Program (AHP), Community Investment Advance (CIA), Member Impact Fund (MIF), and Habitat for Humanity Advance Rate Discount.
These responsibilities require an ability to review financial statements and real estate documents; a high attention to detail; proactive assessment and completion of steps required to complete deliverables according to requirements, sound judgement, and deadlines; and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Accountabilities:
Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks
- Resolve inquiries about Community Investment products, which may include providing technical assistance with online platforms
- Process a variety of Community Investment product approval and compliance requirements such as but not limited to reviewing income and other documentation to determine if households are eligible to receive funds; administering compliance functions for previously approved products by ensuring that stakeholders provide required information according to due dates; and processing grant recaptures
- Provide clear and thorough written documentation to demonstrate sound rationale for decision making related to Community Investment product approvals, compliance requirements, etc.
- Provide administrative support to voluntary programs, such as MIP and DPPs
- Ensure data entry and reporting within Bank database and systems is accurate and timely Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate Business degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills including ability to simplify complex information and communicate expectations for the reader to take action
- A high degree of detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and comply with regulatory requirements
- Two or more years of experience in an affordable housing preferred
- Two or more years of experience with mortgage and real estate closing transaction documents preferred
- Two or more years of years of experience in a fast-paced high priority deadline driven pipeline of work preferred
Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $52,151.00 - $61,930.00This salary range represents the Bank’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank’s annual incentive plan.
