





As part of our Revenue Growth Management team, you will support sales applications and reporting tools to meet the strategic trade management requirements of the customer teams. You will support Field Sales by ensuring existing system technologies are being used to optimize sales, while working with partners to identify improvement opportunities. You will work with Field Sales, IT, Business Planning, Business Development and other support teams through project work and daily production support of trade systems and reporting. You will report to our Director of Trade Operations.
Your Impact:
- Support field sales with the trade systems. This includes managing open issues with IT, conducting systems training, understanding the end-to-end business process and recommending process improvements and system improvements to refine operations.
- Trouble-shoot issues in our trade management and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data setup and ongoing maintenance is accurate. This includes managing new product introductions, discontinuations, acquisitions and divestitures.
- Understand business requirements and confirm designs meet expectations.
- Validate end-to-end designs and perform user acceptance testing.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years related experience in project management, business process design optimization, operations, or systems implementations.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications
- Experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerQuery, and/or PowerBI

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
