Job Summary:
Reporting to Manager Platform Warehousing. Support analysis for the Warehousing function through data gathering, validation, modeling and reporting of costs. Help provide technical warehousing information to assigned company facilities to ensure are conducted in the most cost-effective way. Help measure warehouse performance metrics including cost per case, inventory turns, case fill, storage and handling charges, and other P&L related costs associated with operating warehouses. Help provides analytical support on the performance of warehousing services. Reviewing and/or creating reports that provide deeper analytics to support business needs. Support warehousing performance score carding process and monthly review and response. Ability to pull information for warehousing reviews specifically productivity and metric reviews. Able to pull together information and assess for accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor warehouse performance score carding, in which service, capacity, and cost are measured.
Support managers analytic needs.
Evaluate and recommend changes for warehouse performance and company expectations for KPI's.
Initiate setup of new warehouses in the system.
Support initiatives that provide continuous improvement for processes and service, capacity and cost profiles for providers:
Analyze site specific warehouse opportunities
Develop and work on site specific scorecard reporting including labor and productivity management
Support finance for gap analysis and requests.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required (Business or IT-related field)
3+ years of experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects
Knowledgeable with TMS and SAP ERP Applications.
Ability to engage across functions.
Analytical skills
Experience with Power BI and Excel
Leadership and management skills that align with the Conagra Brands culture. Specific skills include facilitating change, driving operational excellence, and striving for continuous improvement.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
