





As a Manager of Business Intelligence, you will be a critical leader responsible for translating business goals into a technical vision and execution strategy for your domain. Specifically, you will lead our BI Growth Zone, a team dedicated to creating insights that fuel all aspects of Aledade's growth, from marketing outreach to sales effectiveness. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the company-including Executive Leadership, Product, Technology, and Growth-to drive key company results and contribute directly to our strategic roadmap.
In this dynamic player-coach role, you will use your deep technical expertise to guide a team of BI professionals in building complex datasets, insightful data visualizations, and compelling data-driven narratives. You will be responsible for not only managing project execution but also for developing your people, fostering a healthy and productive team environment, and championing operational excellence. Primary Duties
- Develop & Mentor Your Team (25%): Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors. Foster a respectful and supportive environment where team members can grow, providing regular feedback, career mentorship, and opportunities for development.
- Drive Strategic Growth Impact (25%): Act as a key strategic partner to our Growth, Sales, and Marketing leadership. Translate evolving business needs into a clear technical roadmap, delivering analytics on the full customer journey, sales cycle, and marketing campaign effectiveness to drive company-wide key results.
- Own the BI Vision & Roadmap (15%): Take full ownership of the BI roadmap and quarterly planning for your domain. Track and report on team OKRs, ensuring your team's work is prioritized effectively and aligns with broader company goals.
- Deliver Actionable Insights (15%): Oversee the development of interactive dashboards, executive-level reports, and presentations that clearly communicate insights and motivate action among internal teams and external partners.
- Champion Excellence & Collaboration (20%): Lead your team in agile processes, anticipating and mitigating roadblocks. Strengthen data foundations by designing robust data models and promoting a "one team" mentality through cross-functional partnership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence
- 3+ years of managerial experience
Preferred KSA's
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and translate complex business needs into technical requirements and a strategic analytical roadmap.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and deep, hands-on experience with our modern data stack, including Snowflake (data warehousing), dbt (data transformation), and Tableau (data visualization).
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and sales analytics, including customer journey analysis, sales cycle optimization, lead scoring, and marketing testing.
- Hands-on experience generating insights from sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong.
- Experience driving projects within an agile framework and managing team sprints and backlogs.
- A deep understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling concepts, and how to build scalable solutions.
- Experience with healthcare data (e.g., medical claims, EHR) and an understanding of value-based care is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex information and influence a wide range of audiences.
