Job Description

As Store Manager, you will be expected to meet and exceed customer experience and sales objectives for store. We help develop you as an entrepreneur, not just a Manager. You will work with and lead other passionate people to build relationships and results while providing an exceptional experience for all customers and employees. You will be responsible for the development, training and management of your retail sales team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Fully accountable for store implementation of The AT&T Retail Promise
  • Fully accountable for execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives in store
  • Meet and exceed assigned goals
  • Fully accountable for the store cleanliness and overall presentation to IPOG merchandising standards
  • Offering integrated, seamless, and entertainment options including DIRECTV
  • Fully understanding and educating your team on the compensation plan
  • Attending offsite meetings with some travel may be required
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills
  • Create a work environment where motivated people can excel
  • Oversee Store floor experience Act as Floor General
  • Own Customer Coordination, Welcome and Wait Time process
  • Support Team and assist with customer transactions
  • Coach and counsel personnel on "opportunities"
  • Recognize positive performance against key metrics
  • Hold employees accountable for performance
  • Facilitate weekly/daily personnel training/educational sessions
  • Resolve or escalate appropriately any billing or service issues
  • Responsible for Staffing & Scheduling
  • Partner with Sister AR and ATTR locations as needed
  • Drive operational compliance of back office processes, procedures and policies
  • Ensure timely completion of required training to empower personnel to succeed
  • Network with local community to create awareness of products and services
  • Prospect local business and the community through efforts of cold calling, visiting local business, first responders and providing flyers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Two years sales/customer service experience in telecommunications or retail industry
  • One-year management experience
  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
