Core Responsibilities:

-Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process and drive offer process, including salary recommendations and closing of candidates
-Communicate effectively with the Hiring Manager and Interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management
-Build relationships with leadership talent in the marketplace and work with internal sourcing team
-Develop candidate pipelines through targeted advertising, direct sourcing, referral generation, networking, and participation in local recruitment events
-Utilization of market insights to consult with clients around recruitment strategies
-Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Comcast recruitment efforts when necessary
-Work in a team environment, manage multiple clients from Management level to executives and provide consultative approach throughout the search process
-Ensures recruitment activities are in compliance with company regulations and procedures
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Additional Requirements:
-Minimum of 7 years experience hiring across Advertising, Media and Entertainment industries
-Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and creative problem solving
-Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
-Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

Job Specification:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
