JOB DUTIES:
  • Own, develop, and drive core planning processes including annual operating budget and rolling forecasts in close coordination with VP of Finance & CFO.
  • Understand & drive insights from the full company P&L and lead the roll-up of inputs from functional leaders and re-forecasts.
  • Communicate forecast and actual performance effectively to leadership
  • Mine historical results for trends to improve the accuracy of forecast model assumptions and drivers
  • Develop & own the KPI dashboard and internal financial reporting tools.
  • Help shape our internal and external financial narrative and strategy.
  • Collaborate with other teams to assess the economic return on strategic business initiatives.
  • Prepare Board of Directors & investor updates including compliance with financial covenants such as contained in a loan agreement.
  • Other ad hoc analytical projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline.
  • 15 years of finance with public and/or private equity experience.
  • Track record of success guiding the FP&A forecasting process ideally within a public company setting
  • Experience in Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Tableau or similar tools
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience influencing strategy.
  • Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills. Experienced with building complex financial forecasting models and conducting scenario analysis.
  • Highly organized and strategically focused with exceptional attention to detail and sound business judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
