The Recruitment Manager (in partnership with the Sales Manager) assists the Director with continuously developing the office by creating and maintaining a successful sales/client service environment with a high performing team of Recruiters and Account Executives. Their primary focus is leading and managing the Recruiters and Recruitment Support Staff. The focus of this position is to lead, mentor and develop high performing Recruiters to ensure fiscal growth of the office through effective business management.

Our SF office located in the downtown area, BART and train accessible.
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruiter Development:
  • Plan for and delegate or lead Lunch & Learns + Training sessions weekly or as needed.
  • Work with City Director to conduct quarterly meetings with senior team members to review overall metrics, including: hours, placement rates, growth percentage, and cancellation rates.
  • Conduct annual recap meetings with all team members to review numbers and achievements throughout the year and set goals for the following year.
  • Actively sit in on candidate interviews with employees with tenure of 1 year or less. Sit in with tenured employees on a quarterly basis.
  • Regularly review Recruiter "books of business" to identify areas for improvement
Recruitment Operations:
  • Assist the City Director to ensure that the office's overall performance goals are met and help to identify areas for business development and growth.
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the junior team members (1 year or less) where targets and individual goals are set and then assist them in achieving these goals
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure jobs are assigned and being worked properly, lead team meetings and enforce processes to increase efficiency.
  • Immediately address any behavior or performance issues within the office via verbal coaching (i.e. skips on the board, reassigning clients, etc.). Elevate anything in need of formal disciplinary measures to City Director, HR, or Corporate if needed.
  • Delegate special projects and tasks to senior team members
  • Responsible for any HR related requests such as approving PTO and holiday requests; and championing new programs and initiatives that corporate offers to employees.
Recruitment-specific Hiring:
  • Work with the local Sales Manager & City Director to oversee the team of Recruiters, which includes helping to develop and implement strategies for hiring, training, and guiding the team.
  • Lead the interviewing and vetting process for new employees. Act as the first round for in-person interviews and work with the City Director to make hiring decisions.
  • Act as a resource and mentor to new team members including conducting their weekly 1:1s and 90-day reviews.
  • Lead by example by enforcing operational best practices (OBPs), maintain Creative Circle's core values, and foster a positive environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and assist with training as needed.

Education and Experience
  • Experience in Senior-level Recruiting and Recruitment strategies (staffing agency experience a plus).
  • 3 – 5 years experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent.
