We are seeking highly ambitious and adaptable talent to join our Rotational Program! Participants can expect accelerated exposure to a selection of Micron’s customer-facing organizations capacities relative to business operations, corporate strategy, and other sectors critical to Micron’s success as a business. The future of Micron and memory technology has never looked brighter; we want to prepare and leverage the world’s future leaders to improve the potential for both business and technological success.

What the Program Offers


This program provides motivated new college graduates with the ability to build a solid foundation for a successful career by experiencing high-impact, challenging rotational assignments. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll have the opportunity to gain both cross-functional experience through three (3) 6-month assignments in the following areas before permanent placement into a role that aligns with your career interests:

  • Product Planning
  • Business Operations
  • Outbound Marketing
  • Technical Marketing
  • Corporate Strategy


How We’ll Help You Grow and Develop


During the program, we’ll support you in accelerating your own development by:

  • Providing foundational tools to set you up for success through structured training and development sessions
  • Providing you with ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship from a diverse and encouraging network of talent
  • Fostering a peer network to engage with, learn from, and build positive relationships with
  • Helping you reflect on yourself and key learnings to help you chart your future and fast-track your career


Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Available to start the program by July 2020 (assumes graduated/received diploma before start date)



In addition to meeting the above requirements, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Self-starter who is motivated and energized to work in ambiguous and changing environments
  • Proactive problem solver who is analytical and data-driven
