Job Description

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking to hire a Intensive Case Manager

Position specifics: Full Time.

Location: Kennett Square, PA

Programs: MH/BCM

Role Description: In this role the Case Manager will provide community-based services to individuals identified as eligible for mental health services, including accessing and monitoring of resources that help the client live in the community in a stable, safe manner.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related discipline. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.

Minimum Experience: No experience required for Applicants with a Bachelor degree in a Behavioral Health or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience working in mental health.

Certifications: N/A

Required Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance, Criminal and fingerprint based federal criminal history; Valid driver’s license; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Holcomb offers a generous benefit package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment.
