Infrastructure Analyst 2 – Voice will bepart of a team that provides day-to-day management and technical oversight forthe IP Voice systems supporting Group Sales offices and Customer EngagementCenters (CECs) located throughout the world.  He/she will be responsiblefor the daily operations and configuration of the CEC Voice Servicesinfrastructure in support of CEC associates.  This includes but is notlimited to the Avaya Call Center Technologies platform, Unity Voice Mail,Interactions IVR, Oracle SBC’s (formally Acme) and their respected peripherals. The individual will be involved in key activities from project lead,deployment, and operational readiness.



Education andExperience

  • Bachelor’s Degree inTelecommunications or Data Networking or technical certification equivalent maybe substituted
  • 5+ Years’ experience oftechnical support with ACD/PBX adjuncts and interfaces in a multi-site callcenter environment
  • Avaya CallManagement Systems, Session Manager, Communications Manager, InteractionCenter, Workforce Optimization, One-X Agent/AAFD, BRE and Central Management,System Manager (SMGR) highly desired
  • Workingknowledge of various IVR technologies including Avaya, Nuance, 24/7 andcarrier-based offerings
  • Workingknowledge of SIP & Session Border Controllers
  • Experience onvoicemail and a Call Accounting system
  • Ability toreview and analyze carrier billing formats to determine validity of monthlybills and to determine least cost carrier options
  • Proven successin introducing major change to process, procedure or training
  • Ability toparticipate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 business operations
  • Experienceusing MS Office (including Project and Visio) and SharePoint required


  • Participate in CECNetwork Services support processes as we grow to support over 24 CEC’s andRegional Sales Offices Globally.
  • Work to deploy requiredtelephony changes, adjust route plans, add skills and troubleshoot relatedissues.
  • Assist to manage projectimplementation and operational costs.
  • Work in a fast-pacedenvironment, and continually prioritize tasks, effort, resources and risks thatthe CEC’s may encounter.
  • Enforces Marriottpolicies and standards protecting company hardware, software and otherresources at the property.
  • Directs maintenance ofequipment and installed software applications inventory for property ensuringcompliance with licensing regulations.
  • Keeps updated technicalskills and applies new knowledge to your role.
  • Provides technicalexpertise and support to team members, and to other teams.
  • Analyzes information andevaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Manages vendors forproperty IT requirements functioning as escalation point for problemresolution.
