Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM Flexible, Mon – Fri

Job Description:

  • 1+ years of experience providing senior-level assistance in a fast-paced environment, or comparable EA experience
  • Regular support of 1-3 Directors
  • Backfill support for other EAs as needed
  • Calendar management (scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, prioritizing execs' time) for multiple executives
  • Meeting support (coordinating conference and VC calls, compiling agendas, taking and distributing meeting notes)
  • Domestic and international travel coordination for executives
  • Expense reports and reconciliations, both for self and execs
  • Small- to medium-sized team event coordination(including off-site and morale events)
  • Periodic supply ordering and arranging on-site catering
  • Close collaboration with departmental EA peers
  • Responsible for working with other EAs to execute space planning activities within the organization
  • Project/program management: support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles; assistance with space management and space planning for anticipated space shuffle/restack in September


  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Scheduling/coordination of meetings/ Travel booking
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of executives and work proactively to manage potential issues
  • Effective time management combined with sound judgment, which enables the EA to work on many competing priorities simultaneously
  • A thick skin and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Expense report reconciliation
