We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support the President and Senior Vice Present, Marketing. Main responsibilities include scheduling meetings, making domestic and international travel arrangements and assisting with high level administrative functions to support senior management. The selected candidate will be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.


  • Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Generate POs


  • 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Extreme proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign and MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
  • Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
