Director of Talent Acquisition

 

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience across various disciplines in high growth B2B SaaS company(s)
  • Full understanding of the roles & skills vital to a growing tech company as they scale
  • Experience utilizing a variety of sources to identify and attract prospect, including direct sourcing
  • Tech savvy with passion for helping companies scale
  • Collaborate with hiring managers with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers. Communicates with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating the company's vision and job role to extend and negotiating offers.
  • Actively sources for passive talent through various mediums
  • Attends and organizes recruiting events to build company presence and pipelines.
  • Manages jobs in Greenhouse (or equivalent), our applicant tracking system, through monitoring and progress reporting. Works with hiring managers to help them understand how to use Greenhouse as part of the recruitment process.
  • Acts as an ambassador brand when representing the company and job opportunities in the external market place
  • Experience consulting with and influencing business leaders
  • Experience with Greenhouse, or similar web-based applicant/requisition tracking system
  • You may be in NY, where we’re based out of, or you may be a remote employee – the significant point is you know and work with Tech companies, help them grow and understand people and culture to help support growth!

The Purpose of Your Role 

  • As a Director of Talent Acquisition , you will partner with Executives and Department managers to identify and hire the roles necessary to drive and support growth in the SaaS space
  • Our goal is to deliver quality talent at all levels who have the required skills, experience and competencies to meet business objectives, as well as ensuring a transparent and outstanding candidate experience.

 

The Skills You Bring 

  • Demonstrated experience with all technology recruiting life cycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing candidates, networking, market trends and relationship management.
  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at various levels in an organization

 

The Value You Deliver 

  • Partner with executives and managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives and job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify and attract the right talent
  • Use deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
  • Leverage a variety of sources to identify and engage potential talent and ensure on-going talent pipelines
  • Keep apprised of sourcing best practices and emerging tools/technologies; introduce and/or pilot when appropriate
  • May participate in or lead site specific or functional specific recruitment events/initiatives to build/strengthen prospect pipelines
  • Lead planning, management and deployment of assigned project
