If so, we'd like you to join our ManpowerGroup North America People & Culture Team.


At ManpowerGroup we are in the business of connecting people with work and helping them succeed. As the Director of Benefits, you will lead the design and implementation of ManpowerGroup's employee health, wellbeing and retirement programs, helping to attract and retain top talent through market-competitive benefit offerings. Based in our global headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, this role will work in our highly collaborative environment and oversee benefits for our staff, associates and consultants. The right individual will enjoy leading the design, implementation and improvement of ManpowerGroup's benefit offerings.
* Lead and manage our:
o Health and wellbeing programs (i.e. medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life, STD, LTD, etc.)
o Retirement programs (i.e. pension, 401(k), non-qualified savings plan, Deferred Compensation Plan, SERP, etc.)
o Wellness programs
o Voluntary benefits
o Paid time off benefits
* Ensure benefit plans are administered in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and all plan filings and audits are performed to maintain plan qualification and compliance. Lead annual compliance audit of all programs
* Review feedback, data and trends to make sound program and budget recommendations in alignment with the company values
* Lead the development and delivery of presentations to executive benefits committee and senior leadership regarding emerging trends, plan design and strategy
* Establish and maintain executive relationships with vendor partners to ensure delivery against key metrics and delivery of a great employee experience by providing timely and accurate benefits information to employees
* Conduct on-going analysis of benefit programs' participation, engagement, effectiveness, trends, and financial impact
* Partner with finance to develop budgets and regularly monitor forecasts and manage variances. Work with external partners to develop strategies and optimize spend.
* Establish and lead an employee advisory committee to develop employee health and financial wellbeing engagement strategies
* Provide direction and oversight to team of benefits professionals, sharing critical information and feedback to ensure they develop in their roles and deliver outstanding performance.

Who We're Looking For:

* Benefits Expert: An individual with 8 years benefits plan management, preferably with both health, welfare and retirement benefits for a large company with at least 3,000 employees
* Technical Expertise: prior experience setting benefits strategy/design, selection and management of plan vendors, managing plan budgets/financials and compliance, creating strong communications plans and enhancing the employee experience * Management: 3 years managing a team, setting clear goals, developing teams
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
