Job Description

 

  • Coordinate and schedule various dept. calendars.
  • Maintain and update attendance record.
  • Record daily examiner’s production log.
  • Prepare and send Social Security Earning (SSE) request.
  • Prepare vendors and service invoices for approval.
  • Typing letters, memos, handle special mailing projects and correspondences.
  • Telephone communications including screening of incoming mail.
  • Run scheduled queries and reports for internal distribution.
  • Retrieve documents and records for audit requests.
  • Track office supplies to manage inventory. 
  • Filing maintenance and clerical duties.
  • Serve as backup to department’s Executive Assistance.
  • These duties include all of the above but are not limited to any other assignments directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Word processing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel a plus.
  • Typing skills of 45 wpm.
  • Knowledge of the Vitech system a plus.
