Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team! The position will assist with managing a fast-paced acquisitions schedule across multiple acquisitions sources (i.e. sheriff sale, market, bulk sale). The Analyst will also conduct quantitative analyses of the investment viability of scattered-site single-family homes. Overall, this position will serve as the back office compliment to the wheeling and dealing out in the streets and in the auctions.

Candidates should have a strong administrative skill set with the ability to organize and communicate data between departments. Moreover, candidates should have the ability to work through and develop spreadsheets like a financial analyst. As the position and our company grows, the opportunity to analyze larger deals, start getting out into the streets to assess properties, or even source acquisitions is possible.

Preferably, candidates will have a real estate license in PA (doesn’t have to be an active user) so that they are at least familiar with agreements of sale and related purchase documents. Additionally, they should have 2-3 years of transferable experience and an undergrad degree in accounting, finance, real estate or business (however, relevant experience is be more important than the specific undergrad major).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings
  • Preparing and reviewing real estate forms and documents
  • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses and obtain feedback
  • Marketing of properties for sale
  • Research properties to purchase
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, database management and back office support to improve productivity
  • Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team
  • Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
  • Managing leads on properties to purchase
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Assisting with closing processes


  • Undergraduate degree (preferably accounting, finance, real estate or business)
  • 2-3 years experience in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced spreadsheet skills are a must
  • Experience in accounting, finance or other related fields is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills managing personal workday and project timelines will multiple moving parts
  • An outgoing, collaborative style with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail in an environment that will require the candidate to juggle multiple deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, with quick responsiveness and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral and written communication and information management skills with an ability to effectively communicate with various levels of personnel, including senior management.
  • Real estate license in Pennsylvania is a plus (but not required)
  • Working knowledge of Yardi is a plus (but not required)
