Our Financial client is seeking a Workforce analyst to join their internal charity / philanthropic team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) in Southlake, TX.
Role Summary
The Workforce Analyst - Schedule Optimization Specialist plays a key role in short-term planning and scheduling within the internal charity's Service and Operations group. This role ensures accurate, efficient workforce scheduling, supports strategic goals, and collaborates closely with senior managers and business partners to optimize staffing and service delivery.
