Responsibilities:
- Lead a technical team specializing in the administration and integration of Workday Financials.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on Workday Financial Management System, with in-depth knowledge of its integration, reporting tools, and configurations.
- Advise stakeholders on Workday Financials integration best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
- Facilitate integration discovery sessions focused on financial data flows and system requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement Workday Financial integrations, ensuring seamless data transition and system efficiency.
- Manage integration testing phases, issue resolution, and supervise go-live procedures.
- Maintain and enhance existing Workday Financials integrations, prioritizing data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate Workday Financials with additional applications securely.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, technical specifications, and best practices guidelines for Workday Financials integrations.
- Innovate and implement steps for process improvement within the Workday Financial Management System.
- Design and support advanced financial reports, including Composite and Matrix formats, operational validation rules, and calculated fields.
Minimum Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in integrating Workday Financial Management System solutions, preferably in a consulting context.
- Certifications in Workday Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, and Studio, with numerous successful project implementations.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, and API services.
- A solid understanding of Workday Financials security measures, business processes, and its data framework.
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable integration solutions with Workday Financials at the core.
Critical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities specific to financial systems integration.
- Proven management experience in complex financial integration projects.
- A customer-focused approach with an ability to address and prioritize client needs efficiently.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with Adaptive Planning and MuleSoft integrations related to financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced Excel functionalities.
- Strong organizational commitment, integrity, and proactive initiative.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of California, Connecticut and New York is $160,000.00 - $175.000.00.
