Job Summary
The Workday E2E Analyst is responsible for the end to end configuration, implementation and support of modules of the Workday system with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization. This individual works with the HR and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the bi-annual releases of the Workday system.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end configuration in the Workday system. This includes user experience across all Workday modules, such as dashboards, hubs, notifications and alerts, mass operations management and tenant settings. Ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Manage, develop, and consult with the functional teams to incorporate the requirements and processes within the Workday system.
- Provide technical support to the team by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues. Review proposed changes to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement.
- Work closely with the System Integrator as well as other vendors that contribute to the overall HRIS application and infrastructure landscape, including managing escalations to management as appropriate. · Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Identify GAPs in business requirements during early stages of the project
- Ensure there is proper documentation across the design that meets organization and audit guidelines.
- Support the Workday system by overseeing the configuration moves through the environments, scheduling of batch jobs and reports, and contributing to the maintenance of the Workday system to ensure business continuity.
- Routinely review, plan, and apply the Workday upgrades and ensure the system is kept updated with optional changes.
Required Experience:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience configuring HR applications. Workday experience is a plus.
- Ability to organize and plan implementations, from development through deployment and the ongoing support model.
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR. · Excellent oral communication along with strong written skills to be able to convey messages that have the desired effect.
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively in order to meet deadlines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$79,560.00 - $115,440.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
