Project Manager, Creative Operations (Visual Merchandising/Wholesale)

Hybrid role in Manhattan 3 days to start

Visual Merchandising experience required; wholesale experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage intake and prioritization of creative requests for Wholesale and Retail teams
Track project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and support creative teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners
Oversee all visual merchandising communications and ensure alignment across teams
Support execution of physical experiential projects within budget and scope

Qualifications:

3+ years in Creative Ops/Project Management/VM, ideally in beauty, fashion, or CPG
Experience with wholesale/retail environments, shop drawings, and vendor communication
Strong understanding of creative workflows, print production, and retail materials
Skilled in project management tools (Wrike, Airtable, etc.); Adobe CC is a plus
Exceptional detail orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
