TheVice President of Strategic Client Services will be responsible for building & overseeing relations with CARFAX's most strategic dealer customers. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager leader to develop and execute strategies that ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships with enterprise level customers.
Key Responsibilities / What you'll be doing:- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Strategic Client Managers nationwide
- Work closely with Dealer Business, Business Development, and Marketing leadership to develop and execute account management strategy for target customers
- Collaborate with National Account and Regional Account Management teams to ensure great customer experience, customer retention and growth.
- Support quarterly and annual sales efforts by collaborating with leaders across the business to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites for strategy meetings, product demonstrations, and quarterly account planning meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences, strengthening our presence and influence within the sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing strategic accounts including a minimum of 3 years managing a strategic account management team
- Experience in Business Development, and/or Key Account Management in complex B2B environments is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Extensive experience in engaging with senior level executives at large client organizations, with a proven track record of driving significant business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve business goals.
