What You Will Be Doing
The Vice President of FP&A / Strategy is responsible for leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts, as well as guiding the development of the company's short-, medium-, and long-term corporate strategy. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing insights that drive business performance, support decision-making, and enhance financial outcomes. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and leadership.
Lead and manage all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and business performance analysis.
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and optimize advanced financial planning tools, modeling methodologies, and data visualization capabilities.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast results, and support key strategic initiatives.
Lead the corporate strategic planning process, working closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and business challenges across the company’s diverse portfolio.
Partner with business unit leaders to understand key performance drivers, develop decision-support tools, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Facilitate cross-functional initiatives that support corporate strategy, acting as a liaison and project lead for strategic priorities.
Prepare and present clear, actionable financial and strategic insights to the executive team and Board of Directors.
Collaborate with Financial Accounting, Operational Accounting, and Tax to ensure forecasts align with consolidated global reporting and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes, including automation, standardization, and enhanced accuracy.
Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data and reporting systems across the enterprise.
Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business performance.
Promote transparent, collaborative communication of financial strategies and outcomes across the leadership team.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and strategy, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
Experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven leadership ability with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Proficiency and experience in the design and implementation of FP&A tools (e.g., Longview, SAP)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
