Our clients Marketing team is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Copywriter to help shape customer experiences across their growing suite of subscription services. In this contract role, you’ll focus on key moments throughout the customer journey, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention with thoughtful, compelling copy that reflects their iconic voice.

You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including growth marketing, product, design, and business teams to bring cohesive and engaging experiences to life. Your work will span a variety of platforms and formats, including in-app messaging, push notifications, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, knows how to balance creativity with strategy, and is passionate about delivering value through language.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for a variety of customer touchpoints across multiple services.
• Ensure consistency with voice and tone, while adapting messaging for specific audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to align content with both customer needs and business goals.
• Leverage data and feedback to iterate on content and optimize performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
• Advocate for high-quality customer experiences while maintaining marketing and business alignment.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in copywriting for marketing, preferably in subscription-based or digital product environments.
• Ability to think strategically about customer journeys and craft copy that supports both brand and performance goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.91 to $77.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
