Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17
The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $23.28

Join our unique Treetops team and inspire young learners through play as they learn and grow! As a Lead Instructor you will develop and lead interactive activities for preschool age children to support them in their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. This is a year-round position with a multi-faceted role as a primary Lead Instructor in the Preschool and Pre-k program during the school year, and Lead Camp Instructor during the school breaks. In addition, you will communicate with parents about their child's progress, document and assign class activities, create written or virtual content as assigned, and ensure the learning environment remains clean, safe, and well equipped with the support from maintenance staff.

Position Information

Provide fun, informative and exciting classes or learning opportunities in assigned program area.
