We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Territory Manager who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. This role requires someone who can make informed decisions, manage logistics, and lead a seasonal team-all while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

This position reports to the Regional Manager and plays a key role in maintaining high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and pickup of beach gear to vacation guests safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and off-season demands.
  • Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure gear availability.
  • Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Use company software and routing tools to manage delivery schedules.
  • Develop and oversee the territory's operational budget to ensure key performance goals are met.
  • Maintain all operational safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
  • Train staff on company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee purchasing of gear, tools, and operational equipment.
  • Select, implement, and manage operational systems for inventory, delivery, and logistics.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to hire, train, and manage an effective seasonal staff.
  • Comfortable using cloud-based management software for logistics and operations.
  • Proficient with internet and digital tools for business operations.
  • Strong budget management skills.

Skills & Traits

  • Proactive and self-motivated-able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude for learning and using cloud-based systems.
  • Basic mechanical skills (e.g., hitching trailers, simple bike maintenance).
  • Ability to keep warehouse and operations clean and organized, especially during peak times.
  • Willingness to train staff and ensure policy compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • College degree or equivalent military leadership experience.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or process efficiency (or equivalent background).

Tools & Systems Used

  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Various cloud-based and proprietary applications for warehouse, inventory, and delivery management
  • Candidates are not expected to have prior experience with our specific systems but must demonstrate the ability to learn and manage similar platforms.


Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
