Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Analyst 2 with a background in Identity and Access Management provisioning for a large financial client. This is a 6 mo.+ Contract position that will require candidates to sit onsite 3x per week. Candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC (preferred), Phoenix, AZ (preferred), Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA. Please see below for further details.

Overview:
The Tech Ops Analyst 2 will support day-to-day IAM operations including user account provisioning, role assignments, and access management across various enterprise systems. This role is ideal for professionals with a foundational understanding of IAM concepts and authentication standards who are looking to deepen their expertise in identity lifecycle management within a secure and compliant enterprise environment.
Required Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of IAM principles and access control.
- Exposure to identity tools like SailPoint, OKTA, or Arc.
- Basic understanding of authentication technologies and standards (LDAP, OSAF, OpenID).
- Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as ISO and NIST.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in user access audits and provisioning tasks.
- Ability to follow standardized processes and document access requests accurately.
