A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Duration: 3 months
Location: Englewood, CO- 80112 (Onsite)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will:

Responsible for scheduling, reporting, sourcing, and screening, while maintaining strong coordination with recruiters and business partners. Success in this position requires agility, organization, and determination to help deliver a best-in-class hiring process.
Work with assigned locations to review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule candidates for virtual and on-site interviews nationwide
Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
Support recruiting related projects with the business
Maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
Reporting, applicant screening, and projects as assigned.

Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided
Fluent with office software
Ability to work in an office-based team environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25-$30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
