Our tech client is looking for a Swoogo Event Specialist with site optimization experience to work with their team for at least 4 weeks. Strong potential to extend depending on pipeline and fit!
Role will kick off at ~40 hours/week for 3 weeks, and weekly/hours engagement thereafter will be discussed directly with the client! Ideal candidate is able to work PST or Central hours. Projects will likely be conducted in 3 - 6 week intervals.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Must have minimum 3+ years with Swoogo expertise including experience conducting content audits and optimizing event landing pages.
- Strong background in content management and event marketing.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver, able to identify inefficiencies and create scalable solutions.
- Experience managing website updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality event execution.
This Swoogo Event Specialist will be:
- Auditing the Swoogo event site, ensuring optimal usability, UX, and content before launch.
- Implementing updates for address changes, visual improvements, and copy refinement, making content concise and versatile.
- Collaborating with web design, content, and event teams to streamline workflows and enhance site functionality.
- Creating a more efficient, scalable process for future event landing page templates.
- Designing, building, and passing off event sites to the events team for ongoing management.
- Managing ongoing updates and troubleshooting, ensuring a polished, user-friendly event site experience.
