Who We Are:

The HR Employment Operations Group is responsible for all outreach & recruitment activities for our organization. We support eleven technical divisions and all administrative support Departments with developing and promoting job openings, passive and active recruitment activities, and orientation onboarding activities.

Objectives of this Role:

• Assist recruiters with reviewing employment applications against written job requirements
• Assist Student Employment Coordinator with event planning, coordination, tracking, posting jobs, and other duties associated with SwRI's Summer Student Program
• Assist as needed with Orientation Program

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Review incoming applications for technical, administrative, and student positions against the written job requirements of requisitions.
• Follow internal processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Assist with summer internship program for approx. 75 interns from around the country.
• Assist Coordinator with event planning, hosting duties, transcript tracking, etc. to ensure program runs smoothly.
• Assist with weekly duties associated with SwRI's onboarding Orientation program.
• Coordinate with Orientation Specialist to assist with completion of HR forms such as I-9s, EEO, disability, and veteran forms.
• Send out TEAMS invites to new hires for virtual presentations.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology.
• 0 years: Must be a Sophomore or Junior seeking an HR related degree or concentration.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
