Senior Marketing Associate (FINANCIAL or Regulated Industry experience)
Location: Orlando. Hybrid 3 days on-site Tues, Wed, Thurs. Monday/Friday remote.
Rate / Salary Range: $70-$80K + 10% non guaranteed bonus
Timeline for hire: 3 rounds of interviews, ideally hiring within the month.

Position Overview
Our financial client is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who will support the marketing department in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires an analytically focused, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives.
The role involves creating and executing marketing programs, including project management, writing, and design oversight. The Senior Marketing Associate will partner with sales and marketing teams to develop content and programs such as collateral, campaigns, emails, digital marketing, presentations, and events. Additionally, the role includes compiling marketing analytics reports and providing recommendations.
Collaboration is key, as the Senior Marketing Associate will work cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects and secure necessary approvals. They will ensure all marketing materials are current, approved, and compliant, manage inventory, and edit and proof marketing materials. Coordination with internal and external resources for project execution is essential, along with conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
The Senior Marketing Associate will stay informed on product updates and market developments to develop differentiated positioning and plans. They will continually seek new, cost-efficient marketing solutions, track and manage budgets and invoices, and support special marketing and communications projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute print and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for different channels.
- Manage social media accounts and drive engagement through effective content strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Assist in the development of brand messaging and positioning in the market.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and track performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and WordPress
- Familiarity with InDesign
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Background in financial, insurance or healthcare
- Experience with reviewing regulations / compliance
