Job Title Senior Manager, Finance

The Role

This Senior Manager role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth finance team that supports Fidelity Wealth's Wealth Solutions organization, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our business partners.

The primary objective of the role is to provide strategic insights and analysis to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the Wealth Implementation & Experiences product area, working across teams to monitor the business impact of key initiatives and to help prioritize future initiatives. This role will also be involved in financial modeling, decision support, and will have line finance business partner responsibilities.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to gain subject matter expertise quickly. Flexibility and resourcefulness to run several concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment are critical.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, Economics; MBA or advanced degree a plus

• 6+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling, planning and analysis.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to analyze issues, synthesize key points, and communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive audiences.

• Confidence to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including interacting with and influencing senior management

• Exemplify leadership behaviors for driving initiatives while embracing Fidelity's culture and values

The Team

As a member of the Fidelity Wealth Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful, action-oriented financial analysis to guide effective decision-making that impacts Fidelity's clients and associates. This role will be key in supporting Finance's efforts in the growth and development of the business.
