We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design and a deep understanding of branding and visual communication. This role is pivotal in driving innovative design solutions and contributing to the overall aesthetic and strategic vision of our projects.

This is a hybrid position, going onsite 3 days a week in the office. Portfolio required to be considered and must have a Design Resume.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects across digital and print media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand visuals that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all elements align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to continuously enhance creative output.
• Supervise two direct reports as part of amid-size team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Portfolio required to be considered and must have a Design Resume.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience and 1 year of experience in leadership.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
• Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout design in digital and print design.
• Demonstrated ability in concept development and execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
