Lead the development of cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new, and modifying existing, software applications.
Analyze complex systems requirements, existing business processes, and information systems;

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Information Systems or related, and three years of relevant work experience.
