Our client, a leading financial services organization in Newark, DE, is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and optimize recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for strategy, managing the full-cycle recruiting processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Key Points

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Lead the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and job platforms.
Utilize social media, digital tools, and employer branding strategies to engage passive talent.
Support hiring managers with interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
Monitor recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize outcomes.
Stay current on labor market trends and best practices in recruiting, hiring, and talent acquisition technologies.

About You

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruiting tools and ATS systems - Workday knowledge is a plus!
Experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and inform decisions.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
