Volt is immediately hiring a Senior Director of Facilities and Engineering, in Frederick, MD.

This is a direct placement opportunity for a dynamic leader who is accustomed to managing budgets for projects over $100M. Relocation assistance is available as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Senior Director of Facilities and Engineering you will:

Lead a multi-layered organization in a highly regulated GMP environment.
Be responsible for Leadership of Engineering, Automation, Site Operations, and Facilities.
Be responsible for the Site Master Plan
Be a Change Maker, leading engineering, facilities, and maintenance across multiple sites.

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Lead Capital Improvement Projects with budgets of over $100M
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar
Developed and managed large teams
Have biopharmaceutical or FDA experience
Experience with engineering and automation principles for process equipment and controls

Salary range: $190K-$235K

*Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
