We are hiring a Developer-Full Stack Specialist!

Role: Appian Developer Lead

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Onsite - McLean, VA

Position Description: Are you passionate about leading innovative BPM solutions and driving enterprise integrations? As an Appian Developer Lead, youll manage a dynamic team of seven developers, design cutting-edge integrations, and provide technical leadership for BPM solutions using Appian. Youll ensure adherence to deployment methodologies, develop Java plugins, and integrate with platforms like Active Directory and Snowflake. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be key as you guide junior developers and interact with architectural and security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Appian setup, configuration, design, and enterprise development.
• Address systems, software integration, and compatibility issues.
• Make design decisions and resolve roadblocks.
• Deliver BPM solutions aligned with enterprise architectures.
• Build BPM reference implementations and integrations.
• Identify and execute reuse opportunities.
• Develop Java-based plugins.
• Conduct technical assessments and design reviews.
• Evolve the BPM Center of Excellence.
• Champion BPM best practices and socialize concepts with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Information Technology.
• 5+ years in BPM solutions using Appian.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Java, J2EE.
• 3+ years in Angular, JavaScript, Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure, network, and enterprise environments.
• Practical experience in designing and building enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles and enterprise technology solutions.
