Position: Security Risk Management Analyst
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6+ month contract to hire
Pay Rate: $40-45/hr based on experience

Overview:
We are seeking two experienced IT Compliance & Controls Analysts to join a compliance-driven team focused on regulatory testing, SOX compliance, and IT control execution. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT control testing, periodic access reviews, and working with GRC platforms. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with system owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute control testing procedures related to:
- Logical access
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Change management
- System operations
- Gather, validate, and maintain control evidence in accordance with audit standards.
- Perform quality reviews of access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support regulatory and SOX compliance testing efforts
- Identify ineffective controls and support remediation planning
- Collaborate with system owners, application teams, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tool administrators to coordinate testing activities and track remediation efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and test workpapers within the GRC platform.
- Support the reporting of findings, retesting of controls, and closure of remediation items.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or control testing
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance programs (e.g., SOX)
- Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint preferred)
