Responsibilities:
- Research, respond and resolve complex issues initiated by high-priority advisors, clients or other relationship partners and accurately communicate the status of these requests to applicable internal and external business partners.
- Provide project support and lead process reviews identifying risks and developing solutions while maintaining regulatory and supervisory controls.
- Prepare quarterly Certified Self-Assessments including but not limited to gathering evidence and ensuring accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' relevant experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years banking experience
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Banking lending product operations experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight time frames and deadlines, while achieving a high degree of accuracy
- Strong ability to lead, partner, and influence across different business lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines to reduce risks
- Experience with control validation and quality assurance
- Experience with risk management programs (e.g., issue management, change management, etc.)
- Strong analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results Establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $65,400 - $88,200 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
