Job Summary

APG Media of the Rockies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in Cheyenne, WY as Packaging Inserters for our night shift operations. This position plays a vital role in the final stage of newspaper production—ensuring all inserts and materials are accurately placed and prepared for timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Feed advertising inserts into the packaging equipment accurately and efficiently
Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and adjust as needed
Stack bundled newspapers onto pallets or into carts for delivery
Perform quality checks to ensure all printed materials meet company standards
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
May assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
No prior experience necessary—training provided
