Job Summary
Responsible for individual contribution to the Employee Communications Specialist team in maintaining the organization, publication and documentation Responsible for assisting and coordinating plans with senior level management and conducting public relations and employee communication programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company. Supports directors and managers in the development and communication of information designed to keep audiences informed of Comcast Military Engagement programs, accomplishments, or point of view. Organizes a significant flow of work and meets appropriate deadlines while representing the organization. This role involves communication tactics planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and contributing to reporting systems.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
*Contributes to Comcast Military Engagement brand positioning and employee engagement strategy.
*Supports business units and leadership for Military Engagement communications across various digital, social, video, and print formats.
*Produces compelling Military Engagement content, including presentation materials, social media posts, collateral, executive speeches, talking points, blogs, and press releases.
*Support media relations securing coverage of Comcast Military Engagement initiatives.
*Assists with cross-functional project management and tracking.
*Maintains Military Engagement communications resources, tools, and collateral.
*Focuses direction and efforts on understanding what audience is to be reached and with what message.
*Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
*Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
*Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
